Homemade Ketchup

1 6 oz. can of tomato paste

2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar (or white vinegar)

5 Tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp garlic salt

1 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp oregano

1/4 tsp basil

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp molasses

1 Tbsp corn syrup

1 and 1/4 cup water


1. Mix all ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a simmer for 45 minutes to an hour (till it reaches the consistency of ketchup)
