1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey)
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 egg
3/4 cup plain yogurt (or greek yogurt)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
2 Tbsp. homemade ketchup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup homemade ketchup
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Mix all ingredients (except 1/2 cup ketchup) by hand
3. Put into loaf pan and top with remaining 1/2 cup ketchup.
4. Bake for 1 hour
